Here’s a quick tip for how to get your project to a celebrity’s personal assistant…
In the final credits of most movies and TV shows, look for the credit ‘Assistant to [star’s name].’
This will usually be toward the end of the credits in small print.

You’ll probably need to look hard and pause (with streaming, this is now easy to do).
For example, this weekend I was watching the show ‘The Outsider’ on HBO.
In the credits at the end, it says ‘Assistant to Jason Bateman in Atlanta’ (where the show is filmed).
It also says ‘Assistant to Jason Batement in Los Angeles’ where he lives and works most of the time.
After locating the personal assistant name, you can then look him or her up on social media.
(Note that this only works for current TV shows and movies, as the personal assistant will have likely moved on if what you’re watching is more than a few years old).
Message the personal assistant, quickly introducing yourself.
Let the assistant know why your project would be perfect for the celebrity he or she works for.
You can use Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
There are even tools like ContactOut that will give you a person’s email address on LinkedIn.
