Q: Will the celebrity I contact respond to my request?

A: Although we can’t guarantee that a celebrity will respond to you, most of them do. Please know that almost all celebrities are busy, traveling, or on location.

Please be patient when waiting for a response.

Q: Do you list celebrity home addresses?

A: We have found that you get the best results from writing to a celebrity’s representative (manager, publicist, agent in that order) rather than to his or her home.

Celebrities are often not at home anyways, as they are usually on location, filming, or doing press junkets.

Their home mail is often picked up and sorted by an assistant, so it will likely always go through someone else first.

We do list some home addresses, mostly for retired pro athletes and celebrities with verified autograph requests.

Q: I only need one celebrity contact. Can I purchase contact individually?

A: We do not sell single contacts. Our Free 7-Day Trial is the least expensive option (it’s free!).

Choose that option if you only need one or two contacts, although you can search for as many as you like.

Q: Why do you charge when other sites are free?

A: We must charge a low monthly fee to cover our web host, database programming, customer service, research staff, etc.

Unlike other sites, we have full-time staff who works daily to ensure the database is up-to-date and respond to Member phone and email inquiries.

Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I still join?

A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB, on our Join page.

Q: Do you list celebrity email addresses?

A: We do not list personal email addresses.

Almost all email addresses circulating the Internet are fake, and those that are genuine (very few) become so popular that the celebrity changes it soon after it gets posted somewhere.

Email addresses are impossible to verify (anyone can sign up for a free email address.)

That said, we do provide email addresses for each celebrity’s rep (agent, manager, publicist, etc.).

Q: How do you find the celebrity’s contact information? Is it legal?

A: Our staff works full-time making phone calls, scanning trade magazines, and utilizing personal and professional contacts at major talent agencies, management companies, and PR firms.

All information we provide is legally public information that we research and compile into an easy-to-use resource.

Q: Do these addresses and celebrity contacts work?

A: The database has 59,000+ celebrities, influencers, and public figures.

Although we cannot be 100% perfect (contact information changes daily), we try!

Please let us know if you find any outdated information so we can research and update it.

Q: What happens if I can’t find the celebrity I need?

A: This is unlikely and usually only happens if the celebrity is obscure.

There are 59,000+ celebrities, influencers, and public figures in the database.

We have almost everyone!

However, if you can’t find who you’re looking for, please get in touch with us with your request.

Our staff will then research the celebrity for you and add the person to the database.

We provide 59,000+ celebrities, influencers, and public figures worldwide with the best contact information.

We also provide verified contact information for over 14,000 celebrity representatives and 7,000 entertainment companies, including phone and email addresses.

That may include his or her email, address, agent, manager, publicist, attorney, production company, and charitable cause(s) with phone numbers and email addresses to the celebrity’s professional representative.

Do you provide email addresses?

We provide email addresses for each celebrity’s representative (agent, manager, publicist, etc.).

We do not provide personal phone numbers or email addresses for two reasons:

• Once a celebrity’s personal email address is leaked to the public, they change it.
• Email is not the best way to contact a celebrity. The best way is to contact the celebrity’s representative instead.

How and where do you get your information?

A lot of research! We get our celebrity contact information from many sources, including industry trade publications, reference directories, our network of personal contacts in the entertainment industry, and many phone calls!

How long have you been in business?

We have provided celebrity contact information to experts, authors, fans, businesses, and nonprofits since 1997.

How is my payment processed?

We use Stripe to process payments. We do not handle your credit card information directly.

How secure is my payment information?

We process your subscription using Stripe, a world-class secure payment provider with the most stringent security certification.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account anytime using the My Account link in the Member Lounge or email us: support@contactanycelebrity.com.

I forgot my username or password.

I can’t log in to the Member Lounge.

Click the Log In link on the right-hand top of the site.

(Check your email SPAM/Junk folder to see if your confirmation email has been held by your email’s anti-spam filters. The email was sent to you from support@contactanycelebrity.com.

If that doesn’t work, check your email confirmation to be sure you’re using the correct username, and request a Password Reset.

Use the correct upper and lower case, as our system is case-sensitive for your security.

If you still can’t get in, email us at support@contactanycelebrity.com.

Please let us know the exact error message or trouble you’re having.

How do I change my username or password?

Use the My Account link in the Member Lounge. If that doesn’t work, email us: support@contactanycelebrity.com.

How do I update my credit card?

Use the My Account link in the Member Lounge.

If that doesn’t work, email us at support@contactanycelebrity.com.

Don’t include your credit card number in the email.

Just let us know that you wish to update your card, and we’ll send you a secure link.

Why did I get billed again?

As stated on the join page, all Memberships automatically renew until canceled.

f you cancel, your Membership will be available for the remainder of your paid term.

Your Membership will not renew after that term expires, and you will no longer have access.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Membership, contact us for a refund within 120 days.

How do I search for a celebrity?

To search for a celebrity’s contact information, log in to the Private Member Lounge using the Username and Password you chose when you joined.

How do I search for a celebrity representative?

Click on the Representatives tab from within the online database located in the Member Lounge.

How do I search for a company?

Click on the Companies tab from within the online database located in the Member Lounge.

What if I find outdated information in the database?

We try, but cannot be 100% perfect with over 59,000 celebrities and public figures in the database! We also have no control over when they move or change representation.

What if I can’t find who I’m looking for?

Note: We only list celebrities in the pop culture sense. In other words, we list J.K. Rowling and Stephen King, but not all authors. We list Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, but not all politicians.

How do I know your site is secure?

Our site is protected and secured by PCI-certified AES-256 encryption. All transactions are encrypted and processed by a third-party credit card company (Stripe and PayPal) which uses state-of-the-art security. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. When we look up your account, we can only see the last four digits of your credit card number.

How do I request a Postage Refund?

Download and print the Postage Refund Form from the Private Member Lounge, then mail it to us along with the returned envelopes. We’ll send you a Postage Refund Check for fifty cents per return, plus the cost of sending the envelopes back to us by USPS First Class Mail. We also research and update the incorrect addresses in the database.

Do you rent or sell your celebrity list?

Yes, we provide custom exports of our celebrity database to qualified businesses and nonprofits for mass mailings. It is a comma-delimited text file that can be imported into Excel or any mail-merge program to print labels, letters, etc. Please contact us for more information.

What if I can’t find who or what I’m looking for?

Free research requests are included with your Contact Any Celebrity membership. Please Contact Us using the form in the Private Member Lounge to let us know the person or company’s name you can’t find. We’ll get you an update within 24-48 hours!
