Dear Reader,
I hope this letter finds each of you in good spirits. When I sit down to pen a new story, I am often reminded of the immense support and curiosity you all bring to my work. It’s both a motivation and a responsibility I carry through every chapter.
Reflecting on my journey from “Liar’s Poker” to “The Premonition,” I am constantly amazed at the intricate, interconnected systems that shape our world. But even more so, I am inspired by the individual heroes who challenge the status quo, those who dare to question, and those who tirelessly seek truth. Sharing their stories with you has been one of my greatest pleasures.
Your countless letters, feedback, and engagement have made my stories come alive in ways I had never imagined. By reading and discussing the tales I’ve shared, each of you has played an instrumental role in amplifying their impact. For that, I am deeply grateful.
Recently, I’ve been engrossed in exploring cryptocurrency, Sam Bankman-Fried, and his company FTX. Much like the worlds I’ve portrayed in “Moneyball” or “The Big Short,” this realm is filled with heroes, villains, and countless untold stories. Every day presents a learning opportunity, and every conversation brings a new perspective.
Until then, please keep questioning, exploring, and, most importantly, reading. Our shared curiosity is what makes this journey so incredibly rewarding.
Warm regards,
Michael Lewis
